Check out our D.A.R.E. items and support the D.A.R.E. movement.

D.A.R.E. Ontario is able to train selected Police Officers to teach the D.A.R.E. program due to the generous support of a few corporate sponsors.  The next time you see a table set up, displaying the DARE banner, and licensed merchandise, please know that a large percentage of your purchase goes directly to training a Police Officer to become a DARE Officer or Mentor.

The agents who represent D.A.R.E. are licensed by the Province of Ontario and by D.A.R.E. to sell these trademark items as part of D.A.R.E. Ontario's fundraising initiatives.

The two week training course is a mandatory requirement and must be sucessfully completed in order for the officer to teach the program. The cost to train each officer is approximately $1500.00 and thankfully due to your support through purchasing this merchandise, we are able to sustain teaching our most valuable resource, our children.

Also, donations received from these merchandisers, supports already trained officers with curriculum updates and changes.

So, thank you very much for your support for this very worthwhile program, which puts a skillfully trained, experienced Police Officer in the classroom for one hour each week for 10 weeks.  A small price to pay for the educational value our children will receive.

We are also looking at venues to hold a DARE Ontario Training update, and networking conference in the upcoming months.  So please ,visit these tables if they come to your area, so we can gain support for you and the program.
